“The $10,000 Mistakes” isn’t just the nickname for the Communication Design Class of 2021, but rather the punch line to the life lesson they needed to learn at the beginning of their sophomore year. The Class of 2021 listened to their professors rehash personal stories of their costly mistakes that they had made early on in their design careers. Knowing that creative mistakes can have costly consequences fueled their dedication to producing meticulous design work as seen in their Senior Capstone project: Creative Currency. Heavily backed by extensive primary and secondary research, the 10k Mistakes are proud to showcase their innovative design solutions surrounding topics of their interests and passions.
